Gonadorelin
Purrptide digest
Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH itself โ not a mimic, not an analogue, the actual hormone your hypothalamus releases to kick off the entire reproductive hormone cascade. It requires precisely pulsed dosing to work correctly, since continuous exposure actually shuts down the receptor instead of stimulating it โ a quirk that's both clinically useful and easy to get wrong. It's used in fertility treatment and, increasingly, in TRT protocols to keep the body's own hormone-production machinery from going fully dormant.
What this means for you
The pulsed-dosing requirement makes this trickier to use correctly than most peptides on this list โ definitely a 'work with a clinician' situation.
The pulsatile-vs-continuous dosing distinction is the single most important clinical detail โ get it wrong and the effect inverts entirely.
The receptor downregulation behavior under continuous exposure is the basis for entire other drug classes (GnRH agonists used for suppression therapy).
Established generic with steady use in fertility and TRT support. A stable niche rather than a growth opportunity.
