Epitalon
Purrptide digest
Your DNA has a built-in countdown timer called a telomere. Every time your cells divide, it gets a little shorter โ like a pencil you can't sharpen. Epitalon might be hitting snooze on that timer. It nudges your cells to make more telomerase, which is basically a pencil extender for your chromosomes. One study showed lower death rates over 12 years. We're not saying immortality. We're also not NOT saying it.
What this means for you
The longevity crowd is all over this. Probably won't hurt, definitely won't make you immortal โ but it's one of the more interesting bets in the space.
Fun fact nobody mentions: telomerase also helps cancer cells live longer. Worth keeping an eye on patients who are self-experimenting with this.
One lab has been publishing on this for 30 years and almost nobody else has tried to replicate it. That's the whole problem in one sentence.
Longevity is the hottest bet in biotech right now. If this holds up in independent trials, it's not a small deal.
